Job summary

Mission Healthcare in the western United States seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement exercises to relieve pain and improve mobility in a home health setting.

Required is a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with an active license in the practicing state, current BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of experience (home health preferred).

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; home health experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.

Pay range (depending on experience): Staring at $65 per hour!

Schedule/Shift: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist licensein practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degreein Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experienceas a Physical Therapist, home health experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
