Mission Healthcare in Murrieta, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients in home health settings, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic exercises to relieve pain and improve mobility. You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain timely documentation.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with travel within the Greater Murrieta Area.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience, preferred.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.

Pay range:$55-$60/hr , depending on experience
