Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist located in Redding, CA. This role offers a pay range of $65-75 per hour, depending on experience, with a $15K sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate degree and an active Physical Therapist license. You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care while maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.

Pay range: $65-75 per hour, depending on experience + $15K Sign-On!

Schedule/Shift: Full-time, M-F

Territory/Location: Redding, CA

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensein practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degreein Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experienceas a Physical Therapist, home health experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
