Job summary

Mission Healthcare, based in the western United States and serving multiple states, is hiring a part-time or PRN Physical Therapist. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and apply therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and function, while documenting progress.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and ensure safety. A valid PT license, master’s or doctorate in PT, CPR, and a driver’s license are required; home health experience

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Current BLS and CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Pay range: Starting at $60/hour , depending on experience
