All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a Home Health setting. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding therapy team in the Greater Las Vegas area. We have partnered with Therapy Blocks LLC to deliver exceptional care for pediatric patients with various disorders and conditions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals.
• Evaluate strength, range of motion, neurological status, balance, and mobility of pediatric patients.
• Provide direct patient care under physician authorization.
• Create and update treatment plans, testing, and measure patient strength and flexibility.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other care team members.
• Develop treatment plans with specific goals and tasks for pediatric patients.
• Demonstrate exercises to improve daily task performance and alleviate pain.
• Assess home or workplace environments and suggest improvements based on patient needs.
• Educate families on caring for and accommodating pediatric patients.
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and report to healthcare providers and insurance agencies.
• Complete clinical notes promptly using the company's EMR system.
• Participate in meetings and case conferences for coordinated care.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted NV Physical Therapy license or eligibility to apply.
• At least one year of pediatric physical therapy experience preferred.
• Maintain continuing education requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
