We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a Home Health setting in the Greater Las Vegas area. This role involves working with pediatric patients with various disorders and conditions, in partnership with Therapy Blocks LLC.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients, including medical histories and personal goals.
• Evaluate strength, range of motion, neurological status, balance, and mobility of pediatric patients.
• Provide direct patient care under physician authorization.
• Create and update treatment plans, and measure patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Develop specific treatment goals and strategies for pediatric patients.
• Demonstrate exercises to improve daily functioning and reduce pain.
• Assess home or workplace environments for potential improvements.
• Educate families on care and accommodations.
• Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare providers and insurers.
• Complete clinical documentation promptly using the company’s EMR system.
• Participate in meetings and case conferences for coordinated care.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted NV Physical Therapy license or eligibility to apply.
• Preferred: at least one year of pediatric physical therapy experience.
• Maintain continued education requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, caring demeanor.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
