All Care Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a Home Health setting. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding therapy team in the Greater Las Vegas area, partnering with Therapy Blocks LLC to deliver exceptional care for pediatric patients with various disorders and conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for pediatric patients, including medical history and personal goals.
• Evaluate strength, range of motion, neurological status, balance, and mobility of pediatric patients.
• Provide direct care under physician authorization.
• Create and update treatment plans, including testing and measuring patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, nurses, therapists, and other care team members.
• Develop treatment plans with specific goals for pediatric patients.
• Demonstrate exercises to improve daily functioning and alleviate pain.
• Assess home or workplace environments for potential improvements.
• Educate families on care and accommodations.
• Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare providers and insurers.
• Maintain timely clinical notes using the company's EMR system.
• Participate in meetings and case conferences for coordinated care.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted NV Physical Therapy license or eligibility to apply.
• At least one year of pediatric physical therapy experience preferred.
• Maintain continued education requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
