All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a Home Health setting. This opportunity allows you to join an expanding therapy team in the Greater Las Vegas area, delivering exceptional care to pediatric patients with various disorders and conditions. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals.
2. Evaluate the strength, range of motion, neurological status, balance, and mobility of pediatric patients.
3. Provide direct patient care under physician authorization.
4. Create and update treatment plans, including testing and measuring patient’s strength and flexibility.
5. Collaborate with physicians, patients and their families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other care team members.
6. Develop treatment plans with specific goals and tasks for pediatric patients.
7. Demonstrate exercises to improve daily task performance and pain relief.
8. Assess patients' home or workplace environments and suggest improvements.
9. Educate families on caring for and accommodating pediatric patients.
10. Monitor patient progress and prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurance agencies.
11. Complete clinical notes promptly using the company’s EMR system.
12. Participate in meetings and case conferences for coordinated care.
13. Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2. Current and unrestricted NV Physical Therapy license or eligibility to apply.
3. At least one year of pediatric physical therapy experience preferred.
4. Maintain continued education requirements.
5. Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.
6. Compassionate and caring demeanor.
7. Current CPR certification.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
