Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Ohio or eligible for Ohio licensure.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
