Job summary

Orchard Villa in Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead our therapy team and drive exceptional patient care. You will guide rehabilitation plans, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and help residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence daily.

The role welcomes graduates and experienced therapists alike, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to support our residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (accredited, of course!)
• 1 year of experience in hospital or skilled nursing setting preferred; new grads considered.
• A heart for rehab and restorative care
