Job summary

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for full-time shifts. You will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises and education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote progress and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon or graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program.
• CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program graduate.
• Post-acute care or similar healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure

Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program

Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
