Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s needs and physician’s directions.
• Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Ensures the design of functional treatment programs enabling effective return to community activities.
• Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers, and self.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care, development of therapy services, and program design.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment required.
