Job Description

We’re seeking a talented, full-time Physical Therapist to join our school-based services team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Professional License Requirements:

  • Hold a master’s degree or doctorate from an accredited university
  • Have active state-level licensure as a Physical Therapist

What to expect from this role:

  • Experience working in schools or with children is a plus but not required.
  • Evaluate and treat students, helping them negotiate the school environment, improve performance, and engage with peers.
  • Serve as a member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team for students with physical therapy concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and administrators.
  • Facilitate goals per the child’s educational plan.
  • Assist children with mobility and develop plans to improve gross and sensory motor skills.
  • Conduct family training sessions when necessary.
  • Perform other duties within scope of licensure and program needs.
  • Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations.
