Job summary

Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Keizer, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time employment. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide therapeutic exercises and education to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon or graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• CAPTE accreditation required.
• Experience in post-acute care preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
