Job summary

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR invites a licensed Physical Therapist to join our full-time team. You will assess residents, design personalized plans, and guide therapeutic exercises to restore function and reduce pain.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, and support family education while pursuing ongoing professional growth with tuition reimbursement and CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon or actively pursuing licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.
• Educate residents and families on equipment and exercise safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence.
• Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence

• Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure

• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program

• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
