Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients, create tailored plans, and help restore function. You will guide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain management while supporting families on safety and equipment use.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.

Compensation: Starting at $48–$65/HR (Depending on experience)

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure

• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program

• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
