Job summary

Medstaff Group is seeking a NYS-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for Early Intervention services in Brooklyn, covering Boro Park, Kensington, and Flatbush. This contract role offers flexible caseloads and the chance to impact children’s daily environments.

Responsibilities include 1:1 PT evaluations, home-based visits, and coordination with the child’s care team, with a focus on birth-to-five goals. Competitive compensation and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

Position Overview

A growing Early Intervention agency is seeking a NYS-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment to children from birth to age five in Boro Park, Kensington, and Flatbush. This contract role offers a flexible caseload and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children’s everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
• Deliver services in the child’s home, daycare, or another natural environment
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans aligned with Early Intervention goals
• Document each session and coordinate with the child’s care team
