Job summary

All About Kids, Inc. in the Bronx, NY, is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive EI services to children from birth to three years old. You will join a multidisciplinary team to support developmental milestones and family-centered care.

You will conduct assessments, design individualized plans, deliver hands-on PT, and document progress while collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Licensed New York State Physical Therapist with Early Intervention certification.
• Experience providing EI services to birth-to-three children is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one PT sessions to improve gross motor skills, balance and coordination.

About the Role

As an Early Intervention PT (NYC), you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide early intervention services to children from birth to three years old. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for children with various physical disabilities and delays
• Providing one-on-one physical therapy sessions to help children develop gross motor skills, balance, and coordination
• Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for the child and family
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Participating in staff meetings and in-service training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: New York State Physical Therapy License and certification in Early Intervention
