Job summary

Heart To Heart Children's Services seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention services to babies and toddlers across all five boroughs of New York City. The role emphasizes one-on-one care and family education to support developmental milestones.

You will work within a supportive clinical team, with options for W2 employee or 1099 contractor status, and the chance to contribute to timely, high-quality pediatric therapy across NYC.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Active Physical Therapist license with the NYS Office of Professions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Physical Therapist services to developmentally delayed babies and toddlers in Early Intervention in NYC.
• Educate and guide parents/caregivers to ensure successful implementation between sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be working one on one with developmentally delayed babies and toddlers who qualify for Early Intervention services within New York City.

Providers are expected to utilize their clinical knowledge and skills to help the child reach their milestones, as well as, to educate and guide parents/caregivers to ensure successful implementation between sessions.
