Job summary

A brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Pearland, TX is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with DPT preferred to join as a foundational member of the team.

Offer includes a salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year plus up to $5,000 in bonuses, a Monday–Friday full-time schedule with no weekends, and opportunities for leadership and specialty growth.

Qualifications

• DPT preferred or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Strong orthopedic experience preferred
• Interest in vestibular, balance, or geriatric rehabilitation (training available)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care
• Organized, self-motivated, and excited to help build a thriving outpatient practice

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on outpatient rehabilitation services
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, balance, and fall prevention
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete timely documentation using the PROMPT EMR system
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Help establish a trusted reputation within the Pearland community through outstanding patient care
• The clinic serves adults and older adults with orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehab, balance/vestibular disorders, neurological conditions, chronic pain, mobility/strength deficits, fall prevention, and pelvic health (not required - training available)

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 annually (Salary-based, not productivity or visit-based)

• Up to $3,000 annual performance incentive

• 10 days of PTO annually

What You'll Treat

The clinic primarily serves adults and older adults (ages 12+) with a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Balance and vestibular disorders

• Neurological conditions

• Chronic pain

• Mobility and strength deficits

• Fall prevention

• Pelvic health (not required - interest welcomed; training available)

What You'll Do
