Confident Search Consultants in Pearland, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT preferred) to join a brand-new outpatient clinic serving adults with ortho, balance, vestibular, and neurological needs. The role offers autonomy and opportunities to influence clinic growth.

The position provides $90,000–$110,000 per year with bonuses, a Monday–Friday schedule, and PTO, with strong emphasis on evidence-based care and therapist well-being to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Formación

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Strong orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest in vestibular, balance, or geriatric rehabilitation (training available).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
• Organized, self-motivated, and excited to help build a thriving outpatient practice.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, balance, and fall prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation using the PROMPT EMR system.

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Treat

The clinic primarily serves adults and older adults (ages 12+) with a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Balance and vestibular disorders

• Neurological conditions

• Chronic pain

• Mobility and strength deficits

• Fall prevention

• Pelvic health (not required - interest welcomed; training available)

What You'll Do
