Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC in Pearland, TX is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (DPT preferred) for a brand-new outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and treat adults with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neuromuscular conditions, delivering high-quality care.

Competenze

• DPT preferred or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience.
• Strong orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest in vestibular, balance, or geriatric rehab (training available).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + Up to $5,000 in Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 annually (Salary-based, not productivity or visit-based)

• Up to $3,000 annual performance incentive

• 10 days of PTO annually

What You'll Treat

The clinic primarily serves adults and older adults (ages 12+) with a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Balance and vestibular disorders

• Neurological conditions

• Chronic pain

• Mobility and strength deficits

• Fall prevention

• Pelvic health (not required - interest welcomed; training available)

What You'll Do
