Top Echelon Software, LLC in Pearland, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT preferred) for a brand-new outpatient clinic focused on orthopedic, balance, and vestibular care. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends, offering autonomy and opportunities to shape the clinic’s future.

You will treat adults with orthopedic injuries and related conditions, providing evidence-based care, education, and preventive strategies while collaborating with a supportive team.

Competenze

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Strong orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest in vestibular, balance, or geriatric rehabilitation (training available).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
• Organized, self-motivated, and excited to help build a thriving outpatient practice.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + Up to $5,000 in Bonuses

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 annually (Salary-based, not productivity or visit-based)

• Up to $3,000 annual performance incentive

• 10 days of PTO annually

What You'll Treat

The clinic primarily serves adults and older adults (ages 12+) with a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Balance and vestibular disorders

• Neurological conditions

• Chronic pain

• Mobility and strength deficits

• Fall prevention

• Pelvic health (not required - interest welcomed; training available)

What You'll Do
