Zaddy Solutions in Pearland, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist with a DPT or equivalent for an outpatient orthopedic role. You will deliver comprehensive evaluations, evidence-based treatment, and education, with a focus on autonomy, patient relationships, and professional growth.

The position offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$110,000, annual incentives up to $3,000, a sign-on bonus up to $2,000, and 10 days PTO, with weekday schedules and no weekends.

What You'll Treat

The clinic primarily serves adults and older adults (ages 12+) with a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Balance and vestibular disorders

• Neurological conditions

• Chronic pain

• Mobility and strength deficits

• Fall prevention

• Pelvic health (not required - interest welcomed; training available)

What You'll Do
