Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with state licensure (MD/DC/VA as required).
• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services and documents results, explains findings to patient and family.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation and patient presentation; adjusts plan as needed.
• Completes discharge planning and maintains accurate progress notes and charges.
