Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a hospital-based acute care setting in the United States. The role includes broad caseload across ICU, PICU, trauma, neuro, and post-surgical patients with a focus on patient education and outcomes.

Schedule is 8-5, Mon-Fri with 1 in 8 weekend rotation, and a 90-day mentorship is provided by an experienced team. Relocation/sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered along with PSLF eligibility and a program to help repay loans ($5,000+

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with NPTE certification.
• Interest in Acute Care and value 1:1 patient care.
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists; Acute Care experience preferred.

Acute Care Physical Therapist

Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based acute care
• Broad caseload: ICU, PICU, trauma, neuro, post-surgical, total joint, med/surg
• 90-day mentorship with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• About 10 patients/day
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - Mon-Fri (8-5) plus 1in8 weekend rotation
• $10,000 relocation/sign-on bonus
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
• 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE)
• Passion for Acute Care and desire to treat 1:1
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
