Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for acute care in a non-profit hospital setting in South Carolina. The role covers ICU, PICU, trauma, neuro and post-surgical cases with a broad caseload and a 90‑day mentorship on a low-turnover team. Full-time, Mon‑Fri 8‑5 with 1 in 8 weekend rotation.

Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Position Highlights

• Non‑profit hospital‑based acute care
• Broad caseload: ICU, PICU, trauma, neuro, post‑surgical, total joint, med/surg
• 90‑day mentorship with a low‑turnover team of experienced clinicians
• About 10 patients/day
• Schedule: Full‑time, permanent - Mon‑Fri (8-5) plus 1in8 weekend rotation
• $8,000 relocation bonus
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
• 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)
