Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our 200+ bed Trauma Center team in Longview, TX. This full-time role offers a 5-8’s schedule, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a 1-in-4 weekend rotation, and a 9-month mentorship onboarding program focused on patient education and hands-on care.

You will provide 1:1 acute care therapy across units, educating patients about injuries and expected outcomes, with a compassionate, servant-leader approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) in good standing.
• Interest or experience in acute care and mentorship programs.
• Open to new grads or experienced therapists.

About the Hospital:

• 200+ bed Trauma Center
• Join a collaborative team of over 15 PTs, OTs, and SLPs in acute care, plus more in other settings

Schedule:

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • 1in4 Weekend Rotation

About the Position:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE)
• Passion for Acute Care and desire to treat 1:1
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred
