Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Acute Care Physical Therapist to join our hospital-based program. The role involves managing a broad caseload across ICU, PICU, trauma, neuro, and post-surgical patients with a focus on patient education and servant leadership.

We offer a 90-day mentorship, a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 8-5) with weekend rotation, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Experience in acute care preferred; open to new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in the acute care setting.

Acute Care Physical Therapist

Position Highlights

• Non-profit, hospital-based acute care
• Broad caseload: ICU, PICU, trauma, neuro, post-surgical, total joint, med/surg
• 90-day mentorship with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• About 10 patients/day
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - Mon-Fri (8-5) plus 1in8 weekend rotation
• $8,000 sign-on bonus, plus relocation assistance
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
• 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)
