Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tallahassee, FL. This full-time SNF role focuses on helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

You will work in the in-house therapy gym, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and quality of life. Florida licensure is required; SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, with Net Health knowledge a plus.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
