Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive therapy services in an interdisciplinary setting in Willard, Ohio. You will assess, plan, and implement treatments to improve patients’ function, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with a diverse team.

Must hold a current state PT license with CPR certification preferred. Entry-level experience (0–1 year) is acceptable as you join a supportive team with orientation and ongoing professional growth

Qualifications

• Current state PT licensure or certification required
• CPR certification, preferred
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 0–1 years experience as PT would be expected

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' physical function.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Licenses and Certifications
