Job summary

Synchrony Rehab at Covenant Place in Sumter, SC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services within an interdisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, and implement therapies to improve patient function, while educating patients and families on exercises and posture.

Qualifications

• Must have current state PT licensure or certification.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Flexible scheduling available: This position is open to Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates.

Full-time: 40-50/hr

Part-time: 46-52/hr

PRN: 50-60/hr

Compensation is based on employment status amd experience.
