Join Our Premier Rehabilitation Team Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Salinas, California. As a leading short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, we provide advanced sub-acute and restorative care designed to help residents regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. Our therapists enjoy a supportive clinical environment, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, advanced rehabilitation resources, and opportunities for professional growth.
Our rehabilitation program features a spacious therapy gym and a dedicated ADL training suite, including a functional kitchen, laundry area, and tub/shower setup. These resources allow therapists to incorporate practical, real-world activities into treatment and prepare residents for a safe return home.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident's goals, medical needs, and functional abilities. Apply evidence-based interventions while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes and resident-centered care.
