Job summary

Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our team for full-time and PRN shifts. Candidates will provide direct patient care, develop treatment plans with physician guidance, and document patient progress while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements include a valid PT license and experience in long-term or geriatric care. The center emphasizes compassionate care and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
• Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.

Physical Therapist (PT) Full Time & PRN - $10K Retention Bonus

FT Pay Range $43-$53 per hour depending upon experience.

PT Pay Range $43-$54 per hour

PRN Pay Range $55-$60 per hour.
