Job summary

Wilmington Nursing & Rehab is actively seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position. The role offers a retention bonus of $7,500 and hourly pay ranges of $29–$40 for full-time staff, with PTA pay $30–$40 and PRN $38–$45.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and rehabilitation potential.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals aligned to patient capacity under physician direction.
• Document patient conditions and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.

Job description

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Full Time Position - Offers a $7,500 Retention Bonus Pay Range for FT is $29-$40 per hour.

PT Pay Range is $30-$40 per hour

PRN Pay Range is $38-$45 per hour

Pay Range is dependent upon Status (FT/PT/PRN) and Year of Experience.

Skills of PTAs: All qualified applicants should possess the following qualities:
