Aspire Senior Living Malden, MO, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our caring team. You will design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, perform evaluations, and deliver one-on-one therapy to residents, helping them recover from injuries and maintain independence.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, ongoing plan updates, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes while documenting progress and contributing to quality

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri.
• Experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create and implement therapy programs including exercises and stretches.
• Provide one-on-one PT, OT, and speech therapy sessions as needed.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Aspire Senior Living Malden, you will play a vital role in helping our residents recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their independence. Physical Therapist (PT) will design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, conduct thorough evaluations, and provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions to our residents. Your expertise and expertise will help our residents achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans

• Design and implement comprehensive therapy programs, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions

• Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions to residents, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of resident progress and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri

• Experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) preferred.
