Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, MO, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a per diem/PRN role to support residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will perform assessments, design personalized rehabilitation plans, and provide one-on-one therapy to help residents regain independence.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri.
• Experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement comprehensive therapy programs, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions.
• Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions to residents (PT/OT/ST) and collaborate with other therapists.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic techniques and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policies and procedures.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Aspire Senior Living Malden, you will play a vital role in helping our residents recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their independence. Physical Therapist (PT) will design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, conduct thorough evaluations, and provide one-on-one therapy sessions to our residents. Your expertise and expertise will help our residents achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
• Experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) preferred.
