Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Missouri.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement effective therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Provide one-on-one and group physical therapy sessions, as well as consultations with other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular assessments and progress reports to measure treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment.
