As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Aspire Senior Living Malden, you will play a vital role in helping our residents recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their independence. Physical Therapist (PT) will design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, conduct thorough evaluations, and provide one-on-one therapy sessions to our residents. Your expertise and expertise will help our residents achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Design and implement comprehensive therapy programs, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to residents, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy
Educate residents and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued progress and success
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
Experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) preferred.
