Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Murrysville is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our care team. You will evaluate residents, plan treatments, and help restore function in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Applicants should have state PA licensure in good standing, knowledge of current PT practices, and experience with documentation in Net Health EHR. Exceptional communication with patients, families, and care staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in SNF/long-term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of current PT treatment practices.
• Familiarity with Net Health EHR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Assured all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Measures & records patient’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance
• Monitors patient responses to treatments and makes modifications during treatment sessions as necessary
• Completes documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

The Physical Therapist is expected to follow facility core values in administering department services and helping to fulfill all therapy-related resident care needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Required licensure:

• Current License as a Physical Therapist in the State of PA. Must be in good standing.
