Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. Both experienced PTs and new grads are encouraged to apply, with a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative environment focused on resident recovery and independence.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
