City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN schedules with a starting pay of $49–$50/hour, DOE.

Join an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a modern gym setting with an outdoor therapy patio and skyline views. New graduates are welcome; we provide mentorship, orientation, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for rehabilitation and resident-centered care.
• Positive attitude and collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the therapy team.
• Document treatments and resident outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional, resident-centered care.
• Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional approach with residents, families, and team members.
