The Lodge at Saginaw in Texas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our care team. This full-time role offers flexibility with PRN options, a very competitive pay package, and comprehensive benefits.

You will implement PT treatment plans, coordinate with the care team, educate patients and families, and document clinical notes. A Texas PT license is required, with EMR experience preferred; scheduling flexibility and patient-centered care are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in Texas.
• Experience with skilled nursing/long-term care settings preferred.
• EMR experience (PCC and NetHealth) preferred.
• Demonstrates dedication to outstanding patient care and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of physical therapy treatment plans of care.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist/DPT licensed in the State of Texas
• Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care
