Job summary

The Lodge at Saginaw in Texas is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time role supports rehabilitation for residents, collaborates with therapists, nurses, and caregivers, and helps implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
• Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans
• Assist with coordination of care with entire care team
• Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members

Must Haves

• PTA -Physical Therapist Assistantin the State of Texas
• Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Homeexperience highly preferred
• Experience with EMR
