We are hiring for a Physical Therapist to support our Sacramento, CA area patients.

Salary: $70.00-$90.00 per hour

Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment, you will help develop a treatment plan, perform interventions to improve patient well-being, and evaluate progress.

• Evaluate patients' functional status and therapy needs, assisting physicians in developing the care plan.
• Observe and report patient responses and condition changes to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning according to standards of practice.
• Educate and inform the healthcare team, patients, and families about the care plan, limitations, and progress.

Qualifications:

Licensure Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy license in California
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
