Potomac Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in Rockville, MD. Hourly pay ranges from $43 to $53, with a $10K retention bonus for the FT position. The facility emphasizes professional growth, competitive wages, PTO, and comprehensive insurance plans.

Physical Therapist (PT)/ Full time $10K Retention Bonus for the FT Position

Pay Range FT $43-$53 per hour

Pay Range PT $43-$54 per hour

Pay Range PRN $55-$60 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
• Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred
