Job summary

Shady Grove Center for Nursing & Rehab in Rockville, MD is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time or PRN roles. You will assess residents, develop and administer individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered therapy.

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Maryland.
• Experience with long-term care or geriatrics is preferred.
• Ability to work full-time or PRN on flexible schedules.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-time / PRN

$10K Retention Bonus for the FT Position.

PRN Positions are also available in addition to FT/PT.

Pay Range is dependent on Years of Experience and Status (FT/PT/PRN)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
• Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred
