Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed home care Physical Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Plainfield. You will have a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a supportive team to help you grow professionally.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and therapy-first clinical and administrative support. Compensation includes an evaluation visit rate of $65–$85 per visit with benefits options dependent on employment status.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy licensure in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
