Compensation and Benefits

• IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus – earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $95 per visit

Position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company‑paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
