Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed home care Physical Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in Lansdale and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, a consistent caseload, and a supportive team.

We provide mileage reimbursement, training and mentorship, and tools to reduce windshield time. Compensation is per visit, with the evaluation visit rate ranging from $60-75 per visit, plus benefits for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Comfort with using email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community

• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
